DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls -Document customer interactions and schedule customer appointments when needed -Answer customer questions clearly, and be diligent in resolving any situations -Adhere to all company policies and procedures -Maintain service technicians' routes through daily scheduling -Daily communication with route technicians -Possess excellent organization and multitasking skills -Ability to remain calm and polite during stressful situations -Always be friendly and polite with customers and other members of our customer service team -Must have full knowledge of our company, policies, procedures, service programs and products.
